easy walks to parks and baseball fields just minutes away

I loved that the hotel was just a short 3 km stroll to both American Family Fields of Phoenix and Maryvale Baseball Park, making it perfect for weekend explorers like me who enjoy city walks and discovering new attractions. however, the free breakfast could use some improvement as it was pretty basic and not very satisfying.

The King Room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a TV. The bed was somewhat comfortable but the furniture was outdated. However, the employee at the front desk was quite pleasant and helped smooth things over. Location was decent for access to attractions nearby. Just wish the room was better kept up.
